| A short review is conducted to investigate any possible change in the financial disclosure of our clients between pre-listing and post-listing. This may take from a couple days to a couple weeks. This process also detects any major accounting or management issue or business risk the company might have, and enables us to propose an IPO preparation plan appropriate for our clients intending to go public. |
